A. The Scalp & Hair Health Vitalizer Oil is applied by parting the hair & applying to the scalp. To maximize results it is recommended to massage the scalp after applying for 2-3 minutes.
Q.How often should I apply the Vitalizer to see optimal results?
A. Results may vary. Keep in mind that average hair growth is about ½ inch/month. The Vitalizer Oil maximizes the hair's growth potential. If you are consistent with using the Vitalizer Oil, you will notice results in 3-6 weeks. Apply 1-2 times/week, or as needed. Everyone's scalp is different in oil/moisture load, so test your scalp's oil capacity.

This is also a styling cream, so it can be applied to the length of the hair when styling natural, curly, color treated, or relaxed hair.

Q. I have a medical condition (ie. alopecia). Will this product line make my hair grow ?
A. : Unfortunately we cannot make the claim that our products reverse any previously diagnosed medical conditions.
Q.I'm very interested in your products. Do you mail out samples so customers can try them out before they buy?
A. We do not mail out samples of our products. We strive to be an affordable company & offer price points to suit all incomes.
Q. I have nut allergies, do you have any products that contain nuts?
A. No. Our products contain coconut, olive, and other carrier oils, which do not include nut derivatives.
Q. Are your products tested on animals?
A. We do not test on animals or have animal bi-products as ingredients. All products are tested by Giovan, the product developer, on herself. Her motto is, "I won't sell any product if I haven't tried it & loved it." Giovan holds her products in the highest regard, where they MUST live up to cinagrOrganic's reputation of offering great products that do what they say.
Q. Do you offer any money back guarantee or take returns?
A. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges due to sanitary health concerns. All sales are final. If you have apprehensions about fully committing, may we suggest purchasing the smaller option to test out our products?
